We design and build a small number of homes a year entirely to our own spec — then deliver them finished. It's the precision of a custom commission, with nothing left for you to decide but where to put the furniture.
Every home begins on our own drawing board — proportion, light, and flow resolved down to the sightline. We design for how a home should feel to live in, never for what's quickest to build.
Solid stone, white oak, travertine, real metal. We specify the genuine article and refuse to value-engineer it away — materials chosen for how they'll age over decades, not how they photograph on day one.
An on-staff project lead and a hand-picked roster of craftsmen hold every reveal, joint, and finish to tolerances most builders never attempt. Precision isn't a line item here — it's the whole point.
